These Terms govern your use of the Alorah Talent Group website and services, operated by Handle Talent Agency LLC. By using our site or services you agree to these terms.
Services
Alorah Talent Group, a brand of Handle Talent Agency LLC, provides creator management services including revenue strategy, brand partnership facilitation, content direction, and legal protection advisory. Specific services are defined in individual management agreements.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services or submit an inquiry. By submitting a form on this site, you confirm you meet this requirement. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a management offer.
Management agreements
Creators who move forward with Alorah will enter a separate Management Agreement with Handle Talent Agency LLC covering commission rates, term, termination, and any exclusivity terms.
Fees
Our compensation is commission-based — a percentage of gross revenue on managed platforms during the agreement term. No upfront fees are charged. Specific rates are in individual agreements.
Intellectual property
All creator content remains the property of the creator. Alorah Talent Group and Handle Talent Agency LLC claim no ownership of any creator content. We act solely as representatives and managers.
Limitation of liability
Handle Talent Agency LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid in the three months prior to any claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Handle Talent Agency LLC is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
